Sauces and mousses, pastes and chopped, cut the mozzarella? These cutters are ideal! The processing times, thanks to the high speed motors of which they are equipped (2800rpm on the 1speed models and 2800/1400rpm on the 2speeds models), are reduced to a few seconds.
HUDSON's Cutters are manufactured in four different models (lt.3 - Lt.5 - lt.9 - lt.15) and are usually supplied with ventilated motors three phase (400V-50Hz) with thermal overload overload device (models lt.3, lt.5 and lt.9 1speed are also available in 230V-50Hz). On request we can anyhow assemble motors at any voltage or frequency.
Our Cutters are equipped with push-button controls IP55 operating at 24V with protruding "STOP" for emergencies and electromechanical motor brake.
Working capacity is about 2/3 of the bowl volume. Bowl and blade are entirely made of stainless steel and, with their bayonet graft (photo A), they are easily removable from the motor unit. The motor flange which engages the bowl (photo B), has a sloping bottom in order to prevent any liquid to reach the engine and cause damages.
The lid has a sensor that activate the motor brake if the same is well assembled to the bowl. On the lid there is also an oil dispenser that allows to obtain excellent results in the preparation of mayonnaise.
The stainless steel kneader group mounts 2 unsharpened blades and is designed exclusively to work the dough.
We suggest mounting the Cutters on the appropriate stool/trolley that allows the operator to work at optimum height.
