Our production of Peelers is aimed at different users: from the smallest, the PE.04 (4 kg maximum loading) destined to small communities, we move to the PE.08, PE.12, PE.20, to get up to the PE.25, designed for canteens, hospitals, barracks and large communities.
These Peelers are usually supplied with ventilated motors three phase (400V-50Hz switchable to 230V) or single phase (230V-50Hz) with thermal overload device. To our Peelers we can anyhow assemble motors at any voltage or frequency.
These Peelers are also endowded with push-button controls IP55 operating at 24V with protruding "STOP" for emergencies; alI this is inserted into a switch-board that is usually fixed to the body of the peeler but, if required, it can be arranged for wall mounting.
Born "on base" they are also produced "on stool" for anyone with space issues, that furthermore allows to pIace the stainless/steel filter (absolutely necessary to collect the waste when peeling carrots) exactly below the equipment.
The black lid of the loading-hopper controls a switch that stops the motor if the cover itself is removed from its seat, thus preventing the achievement of the peeling chamber when the engine is running.
All our Peelers, except the PE.04, are equipped with an electrovalve (3/4") that automates the flow of water into the peeling chamber facilitating the work and guaranteing the result (we anyhow suggest to prearrange a water-tap to the wall).
At the end of the peeling cycle, after about 3 minutes, place a container to collect the product, open the exit door of the potatoes and they will come out automatically by centrifugal force.
The exhaust pipe connection is placed to the back of the Peelers for models "on base" while for models "on stool" is placed at the center of the machine, perpendiculary to the floor.
A special feature of our Peelers is the turning-plate manually extractable to clean the inside of the peeling chamber.
